IMPORTANT REMINDER FROM MR. ECK. . . .

FRIDAYS BAND SCHEDULE

3:00             Load larger instruments onto the truck – guard equipment,

uniforms, etc.  (arrange for someone to pick you up at approximately 3:45)

5:00             Arrive at TK Stone – unload equipment and move it to the field

for rehearsal.  BRING YOUR COORDINATE BOOK!!!  Wear your band show shirt and khaki shorts

5:20             Rehearsal begins

6:35             Rehearsal ends – move equipment off the field

6:50             Eat Dinner (Pizza – provided by EHS Band Boosters)

7:10             Change into uniforms

7:35             Meet in the stadium bleachers

8:00             Game begins

8:50             Halftime performance (approximate time)

10:15           Game ends (approximate)

10:30           Dismiss (approximate time)

General Information

Students should bring their marching shoes, dark socks, and plain white t-shirt to wear under their uniforms.

TK Students may leave their instruments at the middle school (it will not be necessary for them to come to the high school to load equipment after school)

Students are not dismissed until after the football game concludes.  We play the school song for the team at the conclusion of the game and then dismiss students.  Please be respectful and understanding of this expectation.
